Money Orders in US funds are also accepted payable to IDEAL USA CORP.
While mailing your money order please make sure to include a note or copy of your order with your name, address,

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns will be only accepted within (3) days of receiving the product. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to each returned order.
All products returned must be in resellable condition, in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was originally delivered to the buyer. Deffective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Parts, which have been mounted, altered or used, are not acceptable under any condition. Turn signal lights are not returnable unless deffective.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
For undertail orders please allow 3-7 business days to ship your order.
We ship undertail orders UPS GROUND within US. A tracking number will be provided once the UPS label is generated.
Hawai, Alaska & Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation number.
International orders will be shipped out via USPS (please contact us first for shipping charges)
PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY
Our undertails are aftermarket parts made out of ABS Plastic.

provides installation instructions to facilitate the process.
IDEAL USA CORP is not responsible or liable for any possible injury or damages incurred upon possible accidents due to incorrect installations or bad judgment (breaking). Buyers should be aware that all kits might need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work, etc.
Should you feel incompetent or without the necessary skills to install the kit, we suggest you contact a body shop technician to do the job for you. We provide online support in case you need it.
